 Based on Shipping times, shoes may take 1+ days to arrive to our location. 

Any damages that occur during shipping, SneakerModz will not be liable for.

If sneakers arrive within 1 week prior to getting the design, sneakers will be sent back to the customer.

For products sold by SneakerModz such as t-shirts, hats, shoes, etc. Have a 30-day guaranteed money back return policy. In order to get a full return, customers must show proof purchase via emailed receipt or paper copy. Returns must occur in-person at our warehouse location. Address is listed above.
